French Lace Narrow Small Shawl - Choice of color
Crocheted with very soft yarn, the unique French openwork lace pattern gives this small shawl an European flavor.
Inspired by Claire Fraser in the Outlander series of books by Diana Gabaldon, this scarf also doubles as a scarf or shawlette. It would have been a welcome addition to Claire's wardrobe while she and Jamie were in Paris as they strolled through the gardens during soirees.
"Herr Bach is not will known in France; I believe he had some small popularity in Germany and in Austria fifteen or twenty years ago, but even there his is music is not performed much publicly. I am afraid his music is not the sort to endure; clever, but no heart."
~~~Mother Hildegarde from Dragonfly in Amber, series of books by Diana Gabaldon
